Job Summary The Computer Support Specialist provides front line analytical IT, security support in a complex, fast paced health care environment. The position reports to the Regional Manager of Customer Service, Healthcare Technology & Data Management (HTDM) and assists with the HTDM Service Desk, a central point of contact on a day-to-day basis between Eastern Health end users and technical support staff.
